Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR) = Waist (cm) / Hip (cm)

Health Risk Classification:

For Men:

  • Low risk: WHR < 0.90
  • Moderate risk: 0.90 ≤ WHR < 1.0
  • High risk: WHR ≥ 1.0

For Women:

  • Low risk: WHR < 0.80
  • Moderate risk: 0.80 ≤ WHR < 0.85
  • High risk: WHR ≥ 0.85
