Formula Used
Max Heart Rate = 220 – Age
Then calculate percentages for intensity zones:
- 50–60% = Light warm-up / recovery zone
- 60–70% = Fat burning zone
- 70–80% = Cardio zone
- 80–90% = Hard training zone
- 90–100% = Maximum effort zone
