Health Risk Classification:
For Men:
- Low risk: WHR < 0.90
- Moderate risk: 0.90 ≤ WHR < 1.0
- High risk: WHR ≥ 1.0
For Women:
- Low risk: WHR < 0.80
- Moderate risk: 0.80 ≤ WHR < 0.85
- High risk: WHR ≥ 0.85
